Goals:
  • To become familiar with the basic functions of GarageBand
  • To understand the roles of various instruments in pop, jazz and classical music
  • To become familiar with loops and how to manipulate these in sequencing programs

Requirements:
  • A musical work in the form of AABA (Ternary Form)
  • Melody and accompaniment taken from Project 5, exported as a MIDI file and rendered in GarageBand.
  • Use the Key of G and 120 bpm (you can change this later)
  • Loops must adhere to the AABA form
  • Create interest by using loops to make and introduction and ending.
  • Save file as "Lastname 6"
  • "Export File to Disk" as an Mp3 file before placing it in the Project 6 folder.
